About us

The regional office of congress and incentive tourism - Hradec Králové Region Convention Bureau /HKRCB/ was established on 1 January 2016 in Hradec Králové. The office is operated as one of the activities of the Hradec Králové Cultural and Educational Society s.r.o., or Hradecko Destination Management, and in cooperation with the Hradec Králové Region and the municipality of Hradec Králové.

The office aims to create a uniform presentation of all entities in the Hradec Králové Region, which offer facilities for congress, exhibition and incentive tourism (also called MICE - Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions) and their subsequent marketing promotion.

The Hradec Králové Region Convention Bureau would like to contribute with its activities to a higher popularity of the Hradec Králové Region in the MICE sphere, and thus to an increasing number of MICE events in the Region. The Office cooperates with the CzechTourism agency and its project of the Czech Convention Bureau.

The office is based in a building located in the urban conservation zone of Hradec Králové, at the site of a demolished royal castle, where the seminary Church of St. John of Nepomuk has been built – currently the Municipal Music Hall.

The Hradec Králové Region invites you not only to Hradec Králové – "the Salon of the Republic", to the highest mountain range of the Czech Republic - the Krkonoše Mountains, stunning rock towns of the Bohemian Paradise and the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks, but also to the fairytale chateaux on the Orlice River ...
